Meet the Artist

Hey there! My name is Maggie Delnoce. I am the sole owner, designer, and operator of Olivine and Ivory. I opened my business in 2021 after I found the corporate jewelry industry to be predatory and exploitative.

My main motivation is to provide people with unique, well made, and fairly priced pieces. Jewelry isn’t just meant to be pretty, it should also be structurally sound. It is a display and a reminder of something or someone precious to you, and it should be treated as such.

I have seen first-hand how mass-produced jewelry has become part of fast fashion with how thin and poorly designed many pieces have become. That may save consumers money up-front, but the inconvenience and expense of the repairs these pieces need after such a short time negates any benefit of the initial money saved. And that warranty you were sold? The fine-print will reveal it is seldom beneficial to you.

I wish to offer people well-designed jewelry pieces and a trustworthy source to bring their unique ideas to life. I have been given the extraordinary privilege to carve out my own space in the jewelry world, and I am grateful for all who are willing to explore it.
